PostSecret time again

Below are the secrets that stood out to me for this week's PostSecrets. Some make me giggle, sometimes I cringe, but most of the time they make me reflect on what people go through and sometimes how our actions can make others feel. A lot of the secrets are what people are dealing with due to how others treated them. It's a good platform to make us realize how much we should respect people's feelings, no matter who they are and to hope ours are respected as well.

I finally got back into Yoga and I'm so excited for this wonderful adventure and to hopefully become a Yoga instructor sometime in the near future, iA.

Afghan Art

This is a piece of art that was torn apart during the Taliban regime and then put together years later and is now hanging in The National Museum of Afghanistan in Kabul.  This pic reminds me of my mother when she was younger. It is beautiful (mA).
